Position Overview

As an Arborist - Oak Wilt Treatment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding trees from the devastating effects of oak wilt. Your primary responsibility will be to implement macro-infusion treatment strategies, diagnose tree health, and provide expert guidance to our clients. You will work closely with our team of professionals and engage with local communities to promote tree health and conservation.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid Texas Driver License.
  • Enthusiastic Learner: Eager and open to acquiring new skills on the job.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Capable of expressing ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Commitment to Empathy and Service: Dedicated to fostering a compassionate environment, with a specific pledge to aid elderly individuals who may face challenges in performing physical landscaping tasks. 
  • Ethical Conduct: Upholds a high standard of honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Commitment to environmental conservation and tree preservation.

Ideal But Not Required

  • Certified Arborist.
  • Experience in macro-infusion treatments for oak wilt.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and treating tree diseases.

Background Check

  • Background check should be free of any history of violent offenses, offenses against the elderly or disabled, theft, or property-related offenses.
